Enclomiphene
Restore testosterone. Keep fertility intact.
Enclomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that stimulates the body's own testosterone production — without suppressing fertility. Unlike testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), enclomiphene works by blocking estrogen's negative feedback on the hypothalamus, naturally triggering higher LH and FSH secretion and, in turn, greater testicular testosterone production.

Quick Facts
Traditional testosterone therapy replaces testosterone externally — which signals the brain to stop producing its own, often leading to testicular atrophy and infertility. Enclomiphene takes the opposite approach: by blocking estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus, it removes the feedback signal that suppresses testosterone production, causing the body to naturally increase its own output through the HPG (hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal) axis. Testosterone levels typically rise to healthy ranges within 4–6 weeks.
