Getting Started

Reclaimed is a telehealth platform that connects you with licensed providers who can prescribe and oversee prescription wellness treatments. You complete a quiz, submit a health intake, a provider reviews and approves your treatment, and your prescription ships to your door. The entire process is designed to be fast, transparent, and fully medical-grade.

Reclaimed is available to adults 18 and older residing in the United States in states where we are licensed to provide telehealth services. Some treatments have additional eligibility criteria (e.g., specific BMI thresholds for GLP-1 medications) that your provider will assess during intake review.

No. Reclaimed providers can serve as your prescribing provider for the specific treatments we offer without requiring a referral from a primary care physician. However, we always recommend sharing your Reclaimed treatment information with any other healthcare providers you see to ensure complete care coordination.

That is exactly what the quiz is for. Our 5-question wellness quiz takes 2 minutes and narrows you down to a treatment category. From there, your provider intake and consultation with your assigned provider will help identify the specific treatment that is right for your goals and health profile.

Treatments & Safety

It depends on the treatment. Some medications we offer are FDA-approved (e.g., Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound). Others are compounded medications — legally prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies using FDA-regulated ingredients in FDA-compliant facilities. Compounded medications are not 'FDA-approved' as a product, but they are legal, regulated, and prepared according to precise clinical standards. Your provider will explain the regulatory status of any treatment they prescribe.

The most common side effects of GLP-1 medications include nausea, constipation, diarrhea, and reduced appetite. These are typically most pronounced at the start of therapy and during dose escalation, and they improve for most patients over 4–8 weeks. Serious side effects are rare but include pancreatitis, thyroid concerns (for certain patients), and gallbladder disease. Your provider will discuss these with you and monitor you throughout treatment.

Potentially, yes — but this requires careful review by your provider. Your health intake asks for all current medications so your provider can assess interactions. Some combinations are safe; others require dose adjustments or are contraindicated. Never stop an existing medication to start a Reclaimed treatment without consulting your prescribing physician.

Contact your provider through the secure messaging platform. They can assess your response, recommend dose adjustments, switch you to a different medication within the same category, or add a complementary treatment. Treatment protocols are designed to be flexible and responsive to your actual experience.

Shipping & Delivery

After provider approval, your prescription typically ships within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, making the typical time from approval to receipt 5–8 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Temperature-sensitive medications (like injectable GLP-1 drugs) ship with appropriate cold-chain packaging.

Yes. Every Reclaimed order includes free standard shipping, with no minimum order requirement and no hidden shipping fees. We believe the cost of getting treatment to you should not be a barrier to starting.

Completely. All Reclaimed shipments arrive in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside. The return address and packing slip reference our logistics partner, not Reclaimed. Your privacy is protected at every step.

Billing & Subscriptions

Your payment information is collected at checkout but your card is not charged until your provider approves your treatment. If your treatment is not approved, you receive a full refund. Monthly subscription renewals are billed 3 days before your next shipment date, giving you time to pause or cancel.

Most of our treatments are not covered by standard insurance plans. We offer competitive pricing — particularly for compounded medications — and provide itemized receipts suitable for HSA/FSA reimbursement claims. Some brand-name medications (like Ozempic, Wegovy) may have manufacturer savings programs that we can help you navigate.

Yes, at any time. Log into your account and navigate to Subscriptions to pause or cancel. Cancellations made before your next billing date will prevent the upcoming renewal charge. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods.

If your treatment is not approved by a provider, you receive a full refund. For approved and shipped medications, returns are not accepted due to the prescription nature of the products. If you experience a quality issue with a product, contact us at hello@reclaimedwellness.com and we will work to resolve it.

Provider Care

Our providers are licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants with specific expertise in the treatment categories they oversee — including expertise in functional medicine, endocrinology, sexual health, and metabolic medicine. Every provider is licensed in the state where you reside and is in good standing with their licensing board.

Currently, provider assignment is based on availability and expertise matched to your treatment category and state of residence. We are working on tools to allow patients to build longer-term relationships with specific providers. In the meantime, your assigned provider is yours for the duration of your treatment.

Through the secure messaging portal in your Reclaimed account. Your provider is available to answer clinical questions, discuss side effects, adjust your protocol, and provide ongoing guidance. Response time is typically within 24 hours on business days. For medical emergencies, call 911.
