The Process
Simple. Transparent. Provider-supervised.
From your first quiz answer to your monthly delivery, every step of the Reclaimed process is designed around clarity, safety, and your actual needs.
Complete Your Quiz
Your journey starts with our 5-question wellness quiz. This is not a clinical intake — it is a conversation. We ask about your primary goals, how long you have been experiencing them, what you have tried, what matters most to you, and your age range. The quiz takes about 2 minutes and helps our matching system point you toward the treatments most likely to be effective for your specific situation.
Provider Review
After your quiz, you complete a comprehensive health intake — medical history, current medications, allergies, and relevant health details. This intake goes directly to a licensed provider on our clinical team who reviews it in full. A real human being with medical training reads your submission, checks for contraindications, and determines whether the requested treatment is appropriate for you. This typically happens within 24 hours, and your provider may reach out with follow-up questions via our secure messaging system.
Treatment Approval
Once your provider is satisfied that the treatment is appropriate and safe for you, they approve your prescription. You receive a notification confirming approval, along with a detailed protocol — dosage, frequency, administration instructions, and what to monitor. If your provider has concerns about a particular treatment, they may recommend an alternative within the same category and explain their reasoning. Transparency is fundamental to how we operate.
Pharmacy Dispatch
Approved prescriptions are sent to a licensed compounding pharmacy partner that specializes in the specific compounds we offer. For compounded medications (like custom-dosed minoxidil capsules or NAD+ formulations), the pharmacy prepares your specific dose according to your provider's prescription. For brand-name medications (like Ozempic or Wegovy), they are sourced from licensed distributors. All medications are shipped in temperature-controlled, discreet packaging.
Ongoing Care
Your relationship with your provider does not end at the first prescription. Monthly check-ins are built into your protocol, and you can message your provider through our secure platform at any time. Dosage adjustments, side effect management, protocol modifications — all of this happens within your ongoing provider relationship. At prescribed intervals, your provider may request lab work to monitor your response and ensure continued safety and efficacy.
